This project is an express hotel project of the most famous local hotel brand- Avari, and it is developed by a well known commercial and residential real estate developer Mahmood Group. Hisense VRF system won a bid of this project and supplied 264HP air-conditioner units.

The VRF Air-conditioning here has a special design which can produce the hot water by taking the heat from the outdoor heat exchanger. The temperature of hot water can reach up to 55 degrees Celsius and supply to all rooms in the hotel. The usage of electricity is very efficient as a result. This efficiency is proven by the electricity charge per month received by this hotel, more than 20% save cost per month compared with using the traditional hot water system.
